The accommodation is located in a prime area, close to the hustle and bustle of the main street and Taksim Square. The lobby waiting area is cozy with one main table for breakfast. Plus, it's easy to access different restaurants and shops nearby.
The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, and some facilities didn't work well.

The staff was very helpful. And breakfast was good for a continental person. Lots of Fruit Jams, honey, yogurts, cakes, etc.
In my fist night I got a big room with windows to the street. There was people talking in the street until 1a.m.

The staff was pleasant and obliging, the location was very good and central for that part of the city.
The price is undeservedly high, the room was too small and not clean enough, and it is a far cry from being organic.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from Taksim Square, making it convenient for exploring the city. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they treated me like a valued guest and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The room itself was both spacious and stylish, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The hotel had a charming exterior and lobby, giving it a unique charm. I was also impressed by the owner and property manager who were incredibly service-oriented and took great pride in the hotel and its staff.
There was a slight unpleasant smell in the elevator, which I believe was due to some blocked gutters or sewage. Additionally, the soundproofing throughout the hotel was not the best, as I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and even a phone ringing nearby.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good value for money, good location (a side street with almost no traffic at all, only about 10 minutes' walk from Taksim Square).

Had the room all the way on the top, 7th floor, so the ceiling was slanted, a little low on one side, kind of like for a hobbit. Also, elevator only goes to 5th floor, then you have to walk up to two flights of stairs to 7th floor.

The hotel had friendly staff and the location was convenient, just a short walk away from local cafes and restaurants. the room was clean and the housekeeping was prompt in their services which kept the room tidy during the stay.
The breakfast was not satisfactory and there were very limited options on the menu. The heating system was not working properly and it was freezing during New Year's Eve.
